Paul’s family roots in North Carolina go back to the early 1800’s. Paul’s family were well known property owners of five farms and more than 300 acres. The family were active community members in Clinton, NC serving as lawyers, judges, and elected officials. 

My initial interest in land was on the conservation side. While “land flippers” aim to identify properties and take advantage of market dynamics to maximize returns, that’s not how I run Poderosa Land Solutions. 

I’m simply using “land flipping” tools to meet my land conservation goals. Land conservation focuses on the preservation of natural resources and ecosystems for the greater good, and provides lasting benefits to society. This is the driving mission behind Ponderosa Land Solutions.
